All our Team Managers receive incentives in order to motivate, drive and strengthen their work ethics. We are accredited with PSCAB South Africa which is the Private Sector Compliance Accreditation Bureau. Having this accreditation, you can be rest assured that all staff have been verified through a criminal record check, identity verification, bank verification and credit score. Our staff all hold a 3* rating which means all their credentials have passed the verification process. With this accreditation, Windosheen holds a GOLD status with the Bureau, this means all our company documents are verified, all our staff are verified and compliant, all our Cipc documents are verified, the company is registered for UIF, Workman’s Compensation and hold a Tax Clearance certificate.
